When you claim or bid on a spot, we collect the information you choose to provide: your brand name, an optional logo, your website, your X (Twitter) handle, an optional category, and an optional description of your business.
We do not collect payment card numbers directly. When payments are enabled, they will be processed by a third-party payment provider under that provider's own terms and security standards.
Everything you provide is used to display your brand on the home screen slot you claim and to show who currently holds each slot. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing or advertising beyond the slot itself.
Your logo and details are visible to anyone who visits the site, as they appear on the public home screen.
If you provide a website without uploading a logo, we may fetch your site's favicon using Google's favicon service (google.com/s2/favicons) to use as a fallback icon. This request sends your website's domain to Google, subject to Google's privacy policy.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes requests and may collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type) as part of its infrastructure services.
Claim and bid data is stored for as long as your slot remains on the home screen, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal record-keeping. You can request removal of your brand's data at any time by contacting us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@rentmyapp.lol. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
