Rent My App exposes a fixed home screen with exactly 28 ad slots. Slots are rented on a first-come, first-served basis at a tier's starting price until the screen is full. Once full, any slot can be outbid at the applicable minimum increment. All details are in the Policies.

Slot prices are listed in USD. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. When a slot is outbid, the previous owner does not receive a refund — this is a hard rule, not a soft default (see our refund policy).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any payment method you provide and to display any brand assets you upload.

You grant Rent My App a non-exclusive license to display your logo and brand details on the home screen and in associated promotional material for the duration of your claim. You retain ownership of your brand assets.

You agree your content complies with our content policy: no misleading, fraudulent, illegal, adult, violent, or harmful content. We may remove violating content without refund.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rent My App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Renting a slot is advertising — a paid placement of your brand. It does not grant any ownership interest in Rent My App, its technology, or any other brand's slot.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, or remove a slot, for violation of these terms. We may also update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
